In the middle of the Cina-Taiwan conflict, a dead body of an officer of the Research and Development Unit of the Ministry of Defense of Taiwan has been found.

O Yang Li-hing, deputy head of Taiwan’s Defense Ministry’s National Chung-shan Institute of Science and Technology, was found dead in a hotel room in Pingtung City on Saturday morning, the Central News Agency (CNA) reported.

He is also known as the Taiwan Missile Development Officer. Ou Yang, 57, died of a heart attack, officials said. His family also said that he had heart problems.

The CNA said Oh Yang had gone to Pingtung City on business. He was reportedly supervising several missile manufacturing projects. At the beginning of 2022, he took over as the deputy head of the project.
