TV Derana’s YouTube channel has been taken over by a cyber attack team. Derana Chairman Dilith Jayaweera has announced this through his social media accounts. At the same time, the group that took over the channel has changed its name to ‘Crypto News’ and removed the videos that had been added to it so far. The channel had over 3 million subscribers. The channel has been taken over by Derana again.

26 out of 121 tests infected with corona in Nawalapitiya
Lalith Koliyam, Administrative Public HealthInspector, Pasbage Korale Medical Officer of Health said that 121 close associates who had been placed under quarantine at the Jayatilake Stadium in Nawalapitiya had been subjected to rapid antigen testing and 26 new patients had been identified.
