Former Mrs Sri Lanka Pushpika de Silva says there is talk of a future political journey. She placed in sixth in the Mrs world beauty pageant.
“I would like to thank all those who stood up for justice in the Mrs Sri Lanka beauty Pageant, including the Jury and the National Supervisor, both at home and abroad,” she said.
She further added that she does not hate anyone and that she forgives those who hate her instantly and that nothing can be won by hatred.
Chandimal Jayasinghe, Director of the Mrs Srilanka for Mrs World Beauty padgent Organizing Committee has taken steps to remove the title of Mrs Sri Lanka from Pushpika De Silva with effect from the 8th of this month.
