Six female players and an official of the Sri Lanka women’s cricket team have been diagnosed with covid infection.

The Sri Lanka women’s cricket team is currently based in Zimbabwe. The team had left for Zimbabwe for the Women’s Cricket World Cup qualifiers,

cricket officials say talks are underway to bring them back to the island as soon as possible.
