Sri Lanka has become one of the five most difficult countries in the world to obtain essential food items, Sri Lanka People’s Front MP Chandima Wirakkodi said.
He said that the country was currently in a severe economic crisis and that during the Mahinda Rajapaksa regime.
Also noted how there was a shortage of food in the country ,when there are programs such as ‘Api Wawamu Rata Nagamu’ were launched
He further said that there is an era where people feel very hungry today.
