Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia Udayanga Weeratunga has stated that he will not stop the project of attracting Ukrainian tourists to Sri Lanka.

He also said that the corona did not spread to Sri Lanka due to the project implemented under the Tourism Bubble and the government is destroying the tourism industry.

He also pointed out health guidelines should be relaxed for tourists visiting the country and that no one would come to visit under strict quarantine regulations.

He said these while speaking in a interview with a youtube channel.
