The issuance of work permits to Sri Lankans in Bahrain has been suspended immediately due to the risk of the corona.
The ban was reportedly imposed on people in red-listed countries due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Accordingly, in addition to Sri Lanka, the issuance of work permits in Bahrain to people from India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh has also been suspended.
However, foreign media reports state that the ban does not apply to individuals who have obtained Bahraini citizenship from the red-listed countries.
