The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) states that Sri Lanka should follow Bhutan in controlling the coronavirus.
Its MP Vijitha Herath says that the total number of infected people in Bhutan is 1654, only one person has died and they have been successful because of the vaccination.
He made these comments during a ” balaya” program on Hiru Rupavahini. Bhutan is considered to be the least-populous country in Asia with a population of 770,000.
