Mr Milinda Moragoda, Sri Lankan High Commissioner of India, says that there is no doubt that the incident of a Chinese ship anchoring at Hambantota port was a problem between India and Sri Lanka.
He said that we are facing the problem of how to build a framework to avoid such problems in the future and to prevent breaches of trust through such problems.
Mr Milinda Moragoda said this while speaking to The Hindu newspaper
The Sri Lanka High Commissioner has said this a few days after the Chinese ship Yuan Wang Five, which can track satellites and missiles, left Hambantota port.
Mr Milinda Moragoda said that the Government of India has been informed about this controversy.
