President Ranil Wickramasinghe has called on former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to make arrangements for his return to Sri Lanka.
This was addressed in accordance with a request made in a discussion with the National Organizer of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Mr. Basil Rajapaksa.
Mr. Basil Rajapaksa met the President recently and requested to facilitate Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s return to Sri Lanka.
However, although it was previously reported that the former president will visit Sri Lanka on the 24th, he has not yet confirmed that and the date of his visit has not been confirmed yet.
