Litro Company says that 5 lack gas cylinders have been distributed so far.

Its chairman, Mr. Muditha Peiris, mentioned that it is planned to distribute 60,000 gas cylinders to areas outside Colombo today.

Sri Lanka faces a huge shortage of cooking gas since the economic crisis hits the country. The public had to wait in queues for days to buy a gas cylinder.

Meanwhile, the gas companies took action to increase the gas price within a short period.
