A cargo plane belonging to Turkish Airlines has crashed at Katunayake Airport.

 The accident occurred when a container that was brought to the plane collided with the plane’s engine. As a result, the return has been delayed until it is restored.

The plane, which brought a cargo of goods from Turkey to Sri Lanka, had planned to take a cargo of clothes from Sri Lanka and leave for Turkey again.
