The popularity of the government falls to 3% in a latest survey

The June results of the Verity Research survey, which asks people’s opinions about the country and the economy, have been released.

There, people’s approval, satisfaction and confidence in related matters have been examined.

 Accordingly, only 3% of people have approved the overall performance of the government.

In January, the figure was recorded as 10%.

Only 2 % expressed satisfaction with Sri Lanka’s current trajectory, compared to 6 % in January.

The credibility of the country’s economy is in the negative zone and in June it was stated as negative 96. It was minus 83 in May. 1.8% percent see good in the economy, while 1.3% said that the economy is in a better direction.
