Sri Lanka women’s cricket team qualifies for Commonwealth Cricket Tournament. They defeated the Bangladesh women’s cricket team by 22 runs to record the victory.

 Qualifying matches for the Commonwealth Cricket Tournament are being held in Malaysia.

Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 136 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Chamari Atapattu scored 48 runs

In reply, Bangladesh scored only 114 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.
