Sri Lanka women travel to Zimbabwe to qualify for the World Cup

The Sri Lanka women’s cricket team is scheduled to leave the island today (16) to participate in a tournament to be held in Zimbabwe to qualify for the Women’s ODI Cricket World Cup.

The squad, led by Chamari Atapattu, consists of 20 players, according to Sri Lanka Cricket.

Sri Lanka will play in Group A of the World Cup qualifiers They will play against the West Indies, Ireland and the Netherlands.
