Gas price will be reduced in Sri Lanka after construction of the LNG terminal- Udaya Gammanpila

Udaya Gammanpila, Minister of Energy has stated that the price of gas in Sri Lanka will come down due to the construction of the LNG terminal in Sri Lanka by New Photore Energy Company based in New York, USA.

The Minister said that it has started by the year 2023 and after that he expects the gas prices in the country to fall to a record level.

He said these while joining in an interview with Bloomberg.
