There are five million corona infected people in the country, says Dr. Sanjaya Perera, Drug and Health Management Consultant.
He points out that Sri Lanka is at serious risk and at present the death rate in Sri Lanka is similar to that in India.
He added that the daily death toll will soon exceed 100.He says it is a wrong decision to call public servants and that the President is being misled by someone.
He is of the opinion that children above the age of five should also be vaccinated in this situation.
