A new Presidential Media Center has been set up for President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa to address the nation in the future.
It is going to open within the next few days and the centre has been set up so that the President or the Presidential Spokesman can hold weekly press conferences with journalists.
Presidential Spokesman Kingsley Ratnayake says that the President will address the nation through the use of modern technology in the same way that the President of the developed world addresses the nation.
