The Tamil Diaspora states that their organization can repay all foreign loans and develop Sri Lanka.

Its member Nimalan Vishwanathan said that the Election Commission did not register his party under the influence of the Tamil National Alliance and he was abducted by Pillayan and extorted money.

He further revealed that a proposal was made to LTTE leader Prabhakaran to take over as the Chief Minister of the North and East by Eric Solheim.
