The man carried goods in a wheelbarrow arrested

Police have arrested a man who was carrying goods in a wheelbarrow without wearing a face mask.

Police Media Spokesman Ajith Rohana stated that he was arrested under the Quarantine and Prevention of Diseases Act for not wearing a face mask.

The arrest was made in Dharga Town, Aluthgama.

As private vehicles are not permitted to go essential shopping during #TravelRestrictions, a person used a Wheelbarrow to transport goods.
