Covid 19 current situation in Sri Lanka – Death troll rose over 1000

The death of 34 people infected with corona reported by the Government Information Department yesterday.

This is the highest number of corona deaths reported in the country in a single day.

With that number, the total number of deaths due to corona infection in the country will increase to 1015.
