The number of cases of coronavirus infection in Sri Lanka has now surpassed that of India; the Association of Public Health Inspectors
The Secretary of the Association Mahinda Balasuriya points out that in the past few days, around 1900 infected people have been found in Sri Lanka every day.
He also points out that it is a high level when compared to the population of Sri Lanka. He said that although 300,000 patients are reported daily from India, it is still below the average in Sri Lanka in terms of Indian population.
