It has been decided to restrict flights to Sri Lanka with effect from 04.00 am today.

The Civil Aviation Authority states that since then the maximum number of passengers that can be flown to Sri Lanka has been limited to 75.

The decision was taken due to the spread of corona in the country and the decision will be effective for 14 days, the authority said.

The Authority further stated that further action will be taken considering the developing situation.
