Korea Cavitation Co. company going to built South Asia’s first Disneyland in the proposed Bopitiya leisure Park in Sri Lanka with investments from Malaysia and Korea, the Daily News reported.
They said negotiations are also underway with the Government of Sri Lanka in this regard
to find150-acre land on a lease basis for this project President of Korea Cavitation Co. Baekgeum Kim and the Sri lankan representative of the company Dr. Parimala Rajo Isa Michael said.
Also they explained that they need to raise USD 400 million for the construction of the project via international funding and also noted that 30% of the funding had been obtained prior to the coronavirus pandemic.
Not only that they further explained sri lanka will attract more investors from countries such as India after the COVID 19 Vaccinations completed with the reduced number of patients.
This will be constructed similar to Genting Highlands in Malaysia.
