The Ministry of Education says that some changes will be made in the preparation of question papers for future examinations due to the obstruction of schools due to the covid pandemic.

That is only regarding the preparation of scholarship, Advanced Level and Ordinary Level question papers. Additional Secretary for School Affairs, Ministry of Education LMD  Dharmasena said

“Schools can  not be closed..there is no way to close them. Examinations should be held. It has already been calculated in a circular that these subjects will be evaluated for the scholarship examination to be issued by the National Institute of Education in the future. I am also studying about the Ordinary Level and Advanced Level. We hope to make the children aware of the recommendations received from those committees. Not a relaxation. Here are some of the ones I found to be interesting” he said
