The trade unions of the CEB state that another agreement is to be signed regarding the power sector in the country.
The CEO of the New Fortress Company of America is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka for this purpose, says the Ceylon Electricity Board Joint Trade Union Alliance.
The alliance says the new agreement is an extension of a recent agreement with the company.
If the relevant agreement is not revealed to the country, a massive trade union struggle will be waged, said Ranjan Jayalal of the UPFA.
