President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa is scheduled to address the nation today, Presidential Spokesman Kingsley Ratnayake said. He said the President would focus on the current situation in the country.
Meanwhile, it is reported that the country is preparing to close down from today.
The Chief Prelates of Malwatta and Asgiriya as well as other government parties have requested the President to close the country.
