The government has decided to buy 100 metric tons of oxygen from India weekly. These measures have been taken due to the increase in the number of corona infections in the intensive care units of hospitals in the country.

 Due to the increase in the number of oxygen dependent infections in the country, there is a high demand for oxygen from hospitals.

The amount of oxygen already produced in the country is being released to the hospital in full. As a result, the government has decided to purchase additional stocks as a precautionary measure.

Oxygen stocks have already been ordered from China and Singapore.
