Teacher protests resume .. All trade unions unite for a satyagraha movement

The President of the National Trade Union Center Wasantha Samarasinghe states that it has been decided to continue the trade union struggle started by the Teachers’ Trade Unions.

 He says that all the trade unions in the country have joined the teachers’ struggle.

He said that a number of decisions had been taken after discussions with all trade union leaders regarding the continuation of the struggle.

Accordingly, a satyagraha movement will be launched in front of the Independence Square in Colombo tomorrow
