Agriculture Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage has been infected with the corona virus. This has been confirmed by a rapid antigen test conducted yesterday.

 However, the Minister is scheduled to conduct an another test tomorrow to ascertain further and  the Minister is currently under quarantine.

 Mr. Aluthgamage was a person who received both doses of Astrazenica injection for corona.
