Visitors to all the prisons are suspended for two weeks; prisons Media Spokesperson Prisons Commissioner Chandana Ekanayake said

The decision was taken due to the increase in the number of COVID 19 infections increasing in the country.

Accordingly, the visitors’ show will be suspended for two weeks from tomorrow ( April 24).

He further said that the process of providing food and beverages by paying money is also active.
