Police Media Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana stated that four youths were arrested for misbehaving and driving unsafely in a car that was traveling dangerously on the Southern Expressway.
Police Media Spokesman further stated that they are identified as residents of the Akurana area in Kandy and the the driver of the car has been remanded till the 22nd of this month.
