Police has arrested four people for transportexplosives without license in Bakamuna area on the Na Ula-Elahera road, police said.
They were arrested while they are transporting the explosives in a three wheeler.Police have found 03 kg 230 g of ammonia, 135 g of water gel, 20 g of gun powder, 14 detonator caps, wire rolls, a stone drill, and several other items with the suspect.
The arrested suspects are identified as residents of Avissawella and they are taken in to the police custody.
