Police Spokesman, Deputy Inspector General Ajith Rohana said that two people including a Sub Inspector in police in Rajagiriya today (March 23) morning.
Policemen were inspecting a mini lorry “Dimo Batta” on the Parliament Road between the Ayurveda round-about when the accident occurred.
A 52-year-old Sub Inspector and an assistant of the lorry driver being killed in the incident and the driver of the van has been arrested later.
