The Australian government has provided 450 metric tons of fuel to the Sri Lanka Navy.

Navy Commander Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugethenna stated that the fuel stock was acquired as a donation for naval operations.

 Meanwhile, Australia has provided 27,000 litres of fuel to the Sri Lanka Air Force.

Group Captain Dushan Wijesinghe, Air Force Media Spokesperson, stated that the fuel stock was given for the jets.
