Trade and Consumer Safety Minister Naleen Fernando says that a decision will be taken next week regarding the reduction of chicken and fish prices.
He mentioned that the Consumer Affairs Authority has the data regarding the price of chicken meat in the market and the cost of it.
Meanwhile, Minister Nalin Fernando stated that immediate steps will be taken to reduce the prices of cement, wire and iron.
