Political inequality in the Sri Lanka-Government attention to introducing a new Act to replace the Prevention of Terrorism Act

Cabinet Spokesman Minister Bandula Gunawardena said that the government’s attention has been focused on abolishing the Prevention of Terrorism Act and introducing a new act on national security instead while speaking at the cabinet press conference today (23),

Meanwhile, the Cabinet has approved the preparation of the budget estimates for the next year increasing the state revenue. The cabinet is also focused on providing a voucher for school uniforms from 2024.
