It is reported that the daily power cut has to be increased to three hours.

 This has been caused by the failure of one generator of the Norochchole thermal power plant.

 At the Norochchola power plant, one generator has already been stopped for maintenance and currently, only one Generator is operational.

It is estimated that it will take about two weeks to restore the Norochchola power plant.
