When the security forces conducted an operation on the protest site in front of the President’s Secretariat in Colombo last night, the social media activists, actors and political party organizers who were the leaders of the protests were not at the place.

Among those who are under attack by the security forces, there are very few leaders of the protest.

All others did not remain on the ground of protest at that moment.
