Inspector General of Police C.D. said that the police curfew imposed from 9:00 p.m. will be lifted today at 8:00 a.m.

 Mr. Wickramaratne informs. This curfew was imposed yesterday to cover all police jurisdictions of seven police divisions.

However, the protest imposed by the Inter-University Student Union is still being held in the area near the President’s House.
