US Vice President Kamala Harris smiled inappropriately when asked if the United States would accept Ukrainian refugees, according to a media report.

The incident took place during a joint press conference between Mrs. Harris and Polish President Andrzej Duda in Warsaw.

The two leaders were asked whether the United States would accept Ukrainian refugees or otherwise help ease pressure on Poland’s human resources.

When the reporter had finished speaking, the two looked at each other as if expecting each other to answer first.
