Russia Ukraine is up to fourth round of peace talk

The third round of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine ended without an agreement yesterday.

Foreign media reported that a fourth round of talks will be held in Belarus today.

It has been 12 days since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine. Russia continues to launch shelling and attacking Ukrainian cities, including missiles.

Foreign media reported that a large explosion was heard in the southern port city of Odessa, a historic city in Ukraine.

But Ukraine said it had attacked a Russian force, causing significant damage.

Sirens have been ringing for more than an hour, with warnings that Russian ships have been relocated to prepare for an attack on the port of Odessa.
