A seven and a half-hour power cut will be imposed today (04) for the third consecutive day.

Accordingly, there will be a five-hour power cut between 8 am and 6 pm today (04).

 The Public Utilities Commission has also permitted the Ceylon Electricity Board to cut power for two and a half hours between 6 pm and 11 pm.

 Due to the power cut, people in many areas, as well as people engaged in various businesses, were severely affected yesterday as well.
