Lecturer Ven. Dhambara Amila Thero has faced strong opposition in a fuel queue.

 The protest had taken place last night while attempting to obtain gallons of fuel from a petrol station in Rajagiriya.

The protest came as the owner arrived at the filling station with the driver of a van and refuelled the car, then went to refuel a few more gallons. As a result, his vehicle left the scene.
