A special notice for Sri Lankans live in Ukraine

The Ministry of External Affairs has instructed Sri Lankans living in Ukraine to be vigilant in the light of the current situation in Ukraine.

The Ministry of External Affairs urges Sri Lankans living in Ukraine to refrain from non-essential travel.

The embassy in Ankara is currently working closely with students in Ukraine to ensure their well-being, the foreign ministry said.

The ministry said six of the 14 Sri Lankan students in Ukraine had temporarily left the country and were in close contact with other students through the Sri Lankan embassy in Ankara.
