The Pfizer vaccine, will be again given as a fourth dose of the vaccine to the people visiting approved countries.
The fourth dose will be given one month after the third dose, said the Director General of Health Services, Asela Gunawardena.
He added that the fourth dose would be given only to those who go abroad.
