A 6-year-old girl has died after a gate collapsed on her body.
The girl had gone with her mother to a teacher’s house yesterday (29) morning when the mother was about to open the gate when it fell on her body, police said.
The girl succumbed to her injuries on admission to the Thambuththegama Hospital.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Thambuththegama, Musalpitiya, D02 Ela Road
