At least 43 people have been killed after a boat carrying migrants capsized off the coast of southern Morocco. Foreign media reported that children were among the dead.

Ten other people on board the boat have survived.

Last year alone, about 4,000 migrants were killed in such accidents off the coast, according to foreign media reports.
