Lalchand Rajput, the head coach of the Zimbabwe cricket team, has been diagnosed with the covid 19 virus.

This was revealed during the rapid antigen test conducted on the Zimbabwean players and members of the coaching staff who arrived in the island to participate in the one day cricket tournament to be held with the Sri Lankan team.

Accordingly, he has been referred for quarantine.
