A train collided with a bus

The Sagarika train traveling towards Beliatta collided with a private bus at the Beruwala Hospital Junction.

The accident caused severe damage to the train and the bus. Only the driver was on the bus at the time of the accident.

The accident had taken place when the bus had entered an unprotected railway crossing at the Beruwala Hospital Junction.
